A system administrator’s worst nightmare.

We are about a month into our engagement. I just wanted to let you guys know that I’m very happy and relieved (given our prior experiences with other IT companies) with the service you have been providing.

From my limited knowledge and experience concerning IT you guys are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. I don’t know what else we could ask for. It’s super nice to know that we have someone reliable and responsive to call for our IT issues.
